Kate has been practising yoga for 20 years and completed her teacher training in 2006. Since then she has been applying the principles of yoga alignment and energetics to her classes and her acupuncture treatments.
Yoga combines movement and breath to work towards a balance of strength and flexibility. What you can expect from a session at Bendy Buddha is a series of movements specifically designed to meet your needs. Classes can be as challenging (yang) or as relaxing (yin) as you want. The great thing about individual or small group classes is that you get to decide what you want (although the teacher has some say in what they think you need!).
At Bendy Buddha, Kate will be offering private or small group yoga sessions with a focus on therapeutics. So if you are looking to help recover from injury or illness, prepare for an event (including childbirth!), build some strength and stability or just need some good old relaxation and stress relief, you might want to give Bendy Buddha yoga a try.

Kate Roberts has been teaching yoga in Wellington since 2006. She has taught all ages and levels, and combines her knowledge of yoga, health and fitness into fun and relaxed classes. There is a strong focus on alignment and protecting and prevention of injuries.
