Kate Roberts has been teaching yoga in Wellington since 2006. She has taught all ages and levels, and combines her knowledge of yoga, health and fitness into fun and relaxed classes. There is a strong focus on alignment and protecting and prevention of injuries.

Kate teaches both online, and face to face private and group sessions. She is experienced in teaching corporate desk based yoga, yoga therapeutics, pregnancy yoga, and general classes for all levels. What you can expect from a session with Kate is a series of movements specifically targeted to meet your needs.

Kate has taught corporate yoga both in the office, and more recently online. Her online classes have been particularly successful during Covid-19 related restrictions.
